_ Responsible for leasing related contract preparation and its amendment.
- Assist to legal consultation and ensure the compliance with all rules and regulation related with the company’s operation and business activities.
- Identify and analyze all legal document to ensure the operational risk management strategy.
- To assist and advice the legal opinions with the business operation.
- Responsible for communicating with government authorities to address any issues with business operation.
- Responsible for legal document which related contrast preparation and its amendment.
- Collaborate with and support the work of external regulation.
- Perform other related duties as required.

_ Bachelor’s degree in law.
_ Great communicator and possess good verbal and written skills in English.
_ Minimum of 3-year experiences with collection, contract drafting, litigation and legal Compliance in Finance/ Bank/ Leasing industry.
_ Good relationship with local authorities (village, commune chief and police) and court system
_ General capabilities (MS Office, organized, management skill) are required.
_ Mandarin speaking is a plus.
